Hi Lea! Hope it's okay that I'm replying... Just want to say congratulations to you and Rob! :) Thank you so much for sharing these precious pictures (and videos!) of adorable Nicole. =) I hope you and Rob are enjoying parenthood. Seems like you are. =) And from your pics, it's nice to see you up and about and very strong right after giving birth. Nicole really is beautiful.

I love your Multiply account. Hope you'll continue to share stuff here. Congrats again!

Tin =)

Hey there, Tin! Yeah, this will be my public account, where I'll be posting pictures (the ones that I want to share anyway) and blogging. I like Multiply... much easier than Friendster to negotiate and use. =)

tin samson said...

Cool! Yeah, I super love Multiply.
I love reading your blog also. :)

I'll keep blogging here, when there's something worth writing about.

What's been going on on the newsgroup? I haven't been there lately.

I haven't been posting at the NG that much myself. Busy with work, and during the summer, I joined Trumpets' Playshop. I was super excited because our class staged WICKED! :D I think you know how big a Wicked fan I am, so you can imagine how ecstatic I was.

Back to the NG, nothing much... just links to Nicole's pictures in your Yahoo! photos, your YouTube videos... none yet to your Multiply... The NG was buzzing with news and well wishes during Nicole's birth, of course. =)

No luck finding the 1st prize winner? Did you give the prize to Nicole's ninang instead? =) I wonder what the prize was, hehe...

We found her! She emailed me and I was able to give her the prize, $20 gift certificate to the iTunes store.

Hi Lea!

I hope it alright to post a reply for you. I'm happy for you and Rob. I'm a new Mom to Gabriel Ethan. I gave birth last May 25, a little later after you gave birth to Nicole. Motherhood is really a gift...it has unexpected surprises.

Take care always

I took the epidural too at the last minute. I first thought i could take the pain by doing the Lamaze breathing technics but then I shouted, "I need an epidural now please!!!! "at the last minute.

Lea - i just wonder, how about your dad? Have not seen him in any of your activities most esp. during your wedding and when you gave a child. Hope to see him as well.

Thank God for epidural. I am a chicken when it comes to pain. I really wanted to give birth naturally without any medication but I just could not take the labor pains. I have two babies now and I had epidurals on both of their deliveries.

this cracks me up. :)) nice~

I didnt take an epidural when I delivered my first baby. My doctor said that the pain is just like having a menstrual cramps and as soon as it gets heavier, you will really push it hard and harder until your able to deliver. True enough I enjoyed the pains and wonderful journey of delivering my child. -Well, it just pass by my mind and I thought of sharing it... :)
