I just called stage management... my throat isn't feeling very well so I'm taking one show off and will see how I feel the rest of the day. Dangnabbit, I don't like being sick and not being at work.
Perhaps it's the winter wind that got to my throat... perhaps it's being sleep-deprived and tired in addition to the weather. Whatever it is, it finally got me down. My body is telling me to take it slow, and so I shall. Sometimes, a slowdown if sorts is exactly what one needs. Worry not, I'll be better soon enough. Hopefully I'll be back for tomorrow's matinee. It would be wonderful to sing on Easter Sunday.

Ginger tea and lots of naps and sleeps. When I feel a little run down like that, I always get a relaxing body massage that helps me relax and calm down better. Maybe you should hire a home service masseuse :-) Feel better Lea!

Keep up the good work. All reviews about Les Mis in Broadway say you are AWESOME!!! as in the BEST Fantine. I am so proud of you, girl!
I am a HUGE fan of LES MIS!!! I start my day playing the 10th Anniversary CD with you as Eponine. I just have to play On My Own and I am one happy camper, LOL! Would really love to get a Les Mis poster autographed by you as my birthday present. Turning a year older on April 11. Arrgh!!! That would really make me the happiest dude on the block.
Please stay healthy and I am just so stoke about the thought of watching the show in Broadway this summer. I am saving every penny so I can fly to NYC ( I am from Vancouver, Canada).

Thanks... I guess my body was ready for spring, and was just not wanting to get back into winter mode. Kinda like coming into an airconditioned room after playing in the sun.
